BENEFITS of BAKING SODA


Dr Mark Sircus wrote a book about it called sodium bicarbonate probably the best book about baking soda. It will make your body less acidic and the acidity is one of the biggest problems why we get sick!

Start your morning off with a cup of hot water with a teaspoon full of baking soda every day. Add to that 1 teaspoon of salt. 1 tablespoon of baking soda in 8oz of water after you work out and you will never be sore again.

Never use arm and hammer for this. Red mills is far superior in quality!

It is safe to use baking soda to wash your fruits and veggies. EVERYTHING comes off of them. A huge difference compared to just washing with water only.
